Thein Win Zaw is a prominent Burmese entrepreneur and the visionary founder of Shwe Byain Phyu Group, a conglomerate active in diverse industries such as petrol stations, timber, and food exports. Born on February 2, 1963, Thin Win Zaw entrepreneurial journey began in 1996 with the establishment of Manaw Thidar, which provided logistics services. Under his leadership, the company expanded significantly, including acquiring 29 petrol stations following the privatization of Myanmar Petroleum Products Enterprise (MPPE) in 2010.
From 2018 to 2020, Thin Win Zaw served as the chairman of the Gems and Jewelry Entrepreneurs Association in Yangon. His ventures also extended to marine product exports and plastic manufacturing, showcasing his ability to diversify and grow businesses. Recognized for his significant tax contributions, Thin Win Zaw was honored by President Win Myint for the tax years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.
